The Christ Candle
Re-light the first four candles.
Light the Christ Candle and say:
We light the Christ Candle today, knowing the Christ, the light of the world, has come to bring hope,
peace, love, and joy to the earth. We remember the salvation that comes through Jesus Christ and
pray that we may be faithful in serving the Christ child throughout the Christmas season and always.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for coming to earth! Help us to spread the hope, peace, love, and joy of Your
birth to the world. In Christ’s name, Amen.
