Important Congregational Meeting
Our congregational meeting January 9th during 10:30 worship both in-person and on Zoom.
We will need a quorum which is 160 individual members.
Every active member in the household needs to register separately. ALL active members need to register whether you are attending in-person or online. If you are logging into the Zoom call and it’s possible, those voting from home should log in on separate devices (phone, tablet, laptop, or computer).
We will be voting on a new class of elders and acting on Rev. Alex Rodgers’ request to dissolve her relationship with Decatur Presbyterian Church in order to accept a call at Timberridge Presbyterian in McDonough, GA.
In order to vote, you must be an active member of Decatur Presbyterian Church. (In order to vote, you need to be logged into Zoom or attend worship in-person.)
HOW TO REGISTER
In the past, we had a congregational zoom meeting hacked so we are not putting the registration link on the website. Emails are being sent to all members of the congregation that DO contain the registration link.
Please register individually so that we may have the most accurate count possible.
