The Nominations Council would like to know whom you think should be considered for nomination as Elders or Trustees for the Class of 2019. Active members of Decatur Presbyterian Church are eligible to serve as Trustee or Elder.

Service requires a commitment of time and resources, attendance at worship services, full participation in Session or Trustee meetings and council assignments; visiting congregation members with special needs (illness, bereavement, homebound communion, etc.); support and leadership of the church’s programs and support of the church financially through a regular pledge.

The deadline for submitting names is July 31, 2016.

Please complete the linked nomination form and submit it to the Nominations Council to complete your nomination. Additional “Elder/Trustee Nomination Forms” are available in the Church Office and on the church website.

There are several options for submitting properly completed forms. Forms may be:

1. Placed in the offering plate
2. Mailed to the church office, Attn: Nominations Council
3. Placed in the Nominations Council bin in the Reception Office
4. Emailed to Nominations Chair, Suzahn Huffman-Donaldson at suzahnhd@gmail.com
