Annual Congregational Meeting on February 27

The Annual Congregational Meeting will take place at the beginning of worship on February 27. We will receive the Annual Report, the 2022 Budget, and approve the changes to the Terms of Call for the pastors. We need a quorum of 148 members in attendance online & in-person.In order to vote, you must be an active member of Decatur Presbyterian Church. (In order to vote, you need to be logged into Zoom or attend worship in-person.)

This is a hybrid meeting. The voting will take place at the beginning of the 10:30 service and then people online can hop off to join the service on YouTube. Every active member in the household needs to register separately at http://tinyurl.com/3fd43pbu.

ALL active members need to register whether you are attending in-person or online. If you are logging into the Zoom call and it’s possible, those voting from home should log in on separate devices (phone, tablet, laptop, or computer). Whether you plan to attend in-person or on Zoom, please register individually with the Zoom link below so that we may have the most accurate count possible.
