As an alternative to Decatur Presbyterian Church’s Bible and Music Camp, that will not be held in-person this year, we would like to invite you to register to receive an At Home VBS kit: Washed in God’s Goodness. This kit will explore 5 water themed Bible stories that will remind us that we were created good by a good God, God has a plan for us, Jesus shows us how to obey God, Jesus’ love is for everyone, and we can trust Jesus. Our lives look a little different than they did last summer, or even earlier this year but no matter what we are always covered in God’s good and lasting love. 

Each day has 4 different types of activities art, drama, reflection, and games for both preschool and elementary children (these are different on most days so that they are age appropriate for your child). Each day will also include some music from Mrs. Mac. 

Families are also encouraged to participate in the Family Service Project in creating cards for the clinicians at Mercy Care clinic in Atlanta. This clinic is providing healthcare and COVID testing for people experiencing homelessness. We would like to send as many cards as we can of encouragement, hope, and support. 

Register for a kit for your preschooler (3-5 yrs. old by 9/1/20) or elementary child (1st-6th grade by 9/1/20). Each kit is $15 which covers the supplies (supplies not included are things that most would find around the house).
