The Decatur Presbyterian ‘In-Betweens’ group will gather for lunch following worship on Sunday, March 4th. The groups will meet in the narthex at the back of the sanctuary immediately following worship and walk to a nearby restaurant.

 

Formerly the ‘young adult group’ of DPC, The In-Betweens is a place for anyone who feels like they fall ‘in-between’ typical categories or doesn’t have a group they belong to at DPC. Maybe you are between jobs or between stages of life, out of college but not quite a middle-aged parent yet. Our group members are married, single, with and without kids, in school and out of school and everywhere in-between. Our small group focuses on fellowship, service and reflection throughout the year. This spring, the group will read the book “Sabbath as Resistance” by Walter Brueggemann.
