The Phone Guild Needs You!
The DPC Phone Guild provides an important service during the week to our church staff and community. Volunteers answer the phone and direct calls as needed; admit, greet, and direct visitors; and often help the staff by stuffing envelopes or performing small office tasks. They work in four-hour shifts; either 9 AM to 1 PM or 1 PM to 5 PM.
Each volunteer chooses a shift to fit his or her monthly schedule – for example, the 1st Monday morning or the 3rd Wednesday afternoon – and may offer to fill in when another volunteer is sick or out of town.
